Years ago I took a workshop discussing the ins and outs of Do It Yourself Marketing approach. The general consensus was that DIY isn’t necessarily cost effective. Is it better to spend time doing what you love and are good at or "save" money trying to learn a new marketing technique. Most often you will discover that you are throwing money away taking 3x as long to complete a task that if left to a professional would be handled. Best of all, you get to spend time building your own business relationships and increasing your revenue.
